Relaxation is a skill that can be learnt by practice. A number of books have been written on the subject. The best way to learn how to relax is to have someone teach you personally.
By the way, many people already have some experience with relaxation exercises: sports, music lessons, physiotherapy, jazz-ballet, etcetera. Use whatever you know already; practice these exercises and apply them. The computer cannot teach you how to relax. Dicuss this whith e.g. your counsellor.
