coping with worry
In order to cope with worry, think about the following. The way in which someone copes with an event, strongly determines the effect. E.g. if you consider a test or a tutorial to be an unpredictable event, the result will be feelings of tension and uncertainty.
You can prevent these effects by facing the facts - even the negative ones. You can then develop a realistic view of yourself and the situation. You can do that for example by collecting material on the basis of which you can predict your chances of success to some extent.
